"Hotel is a bit dated, but we had a great time and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Overall would recommend for, the waterpark is geared to younger children (not teens). "

"The room i had was clean no bugs the jet tub was great and water was hot. The pool and hot tub were good hot tub could have been a bit warmer and some of the jets didnt work but. The staff were amazing and answered all my questions. "

"Was given the wrong room. When I complained they said that room isn't an available option anymore due to renovations. That should have been clearly noted on the booking site since this was a deciding factor in what hotel I chose. "

"The staff were absolute gems, honestly I could not have asked for better customer service. My youngest wasn't feeling well and the cleaning staff made sure to give us extra towels, trash bags, and she even inquired about how she was feeling throughout the trip. Front desk ladies (and a gentleman) were super friendly. We absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again."

"Everything was good. Older hotel but renovated and modern. Staff were all helpful and nice! Has Starbucks and milestones inside. Quick 5-8 min uber ride to Clifton Hill. Hallway overlooks falls. Showers were updated. Beds were insanely comfortable. The blackout curtains in our room were damaged so they were visibly allowing light in in the damaged area and looked junky on one side due to the damage but other than that everything seemed great. Parking was $50/day. Enjoyed the stay overall. "
