10/10 Excellent
"Rooms are older. Hotel seems to be in the mix of renovations. Balcony views, are amazing for the price. There’s an IHOP right beside main entrance office, and a TON of restaurants near by. About a 10 min walk to the skyline tower and about 20 mins to Clifton hill, Fallsview casino is about a 10 min walk. Would recommend to others."

"I enjoyed the Fall view from my room. The hotel staff were excellent from parking valets, elevator operators, to the offsite parking shuttle staff. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends visiting the Falls. It is in a perfect location."

"The view of the falls alone was worth every penny. The room was very nice and well appointed and the bathroom was beautiful and clean. Would definitly visit again and highly recommend!"

"Front desk service was awful. 1 or 2 people working and long lines all the time. Awful. Parking was terrible and very far away but yet still have to pay 50 a night. Otherwise it was good. Need more support staff up front, concierge was not there much."

"The washroom exhaust fan seems doesn't work. The AC seems not that function, only fans on even set 18c. But I still recommended to stay if go to fallsview indoor waterpark."
