"To many people asking you where are you going. The 9th floor bartenders are not the warmest and the music is to loud. I thought I was in a night club. My room door was a pain to open, while removing my luggage out of the room the door closed on my toe. Causing bleeding and took the skin off. Made for an uncomfortable day."

"The property was a little hard to find only because we got dropped off at the wrong window but when we finally found it check in was smooth the only thing is we couldn't get into our room so we called the front desk they suggested we pull the door towards us and then try again which we did it did not work I had to literally put all of my weights on the handle to get it to open and the other thing was the hot water ran out really quickly and it was cold while we were there"

"Hotel is at an excellent location and is one of the few with included parking. The room had replaced the carpet with vinyl flooring so it felt clean. I was aware that renovations are ongoing so the hallways have not yet been updated. Breakfast was good but the hotel pool is located next to the breakfast area (chlorine smell). I would recommend you request a room facing the hotels exterior and not facing the pool. Kids of course want to use the pool and the noise can be heard in the room if you want an early night. Overall, I would stay here again. I am sure this hotel will become more popular as the renovations near completion."
