The staff was exceptional and extremely friendly, although I experienced an issue during check-in when the representative charged my card $200 without notification. The hotel's cleanliness and safety were impressive. However, the lobby area felt overwhelming due to a large group using profanity and lounging in the space, which security did not address. I found the room's price to be reasonable. Offering complimentary water or beverages would enhance the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this property."

"The water pressure was amazing. The hot water for the shower lasted forever. The beds were comfortable. The evevators went from the 1st floor to the 34th floor in 5 seconds. Were able to see a partial view of Times Square and EmpireState building. "

"Stayed here years ago and happy I chose it again (after a first night at a "zero stars" competitor.) Close to all the theater performances I was attending and subways I needed. Love a room with fridge and microwave,though "kitchenette" is mis-leading. You need to bring your own plates, cups, utensils if you plan to eat in your room. Large room, luggage storage helpful for early arrivals, late departures. "
