"Dear Steigenberger Management, Thanks for your reply and showing concern and care to our problem at check in. The Hotel resolved the issue immediately. Thanks to Daoud who called and helped out with everything - the hotel granted us with room upgrade and late checkout as well. Honestly the Hotel is perfect in every aspect. The Hotel cares for the guests and wants to make returning guests, this shows why it earned the reputation they for being the best in Hurghada. Staff is great, food is good...

"Baron Palace was even more impressive and beautiful in person. The property is on a beautiful beach and is kept very clean. We really enjoyed the swim up pool to our room. We picked the all inclusive option and it was well worth it. The Asian restaurant that had Indian food was very authentic. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet relaxing vacation with loved ones. "
