"Everything at the hotel was amazing!!! We were a 4 minute walk to the train station. The only negative I have was that it was an hour train ride to Shabuya. There were restaurants and markets near the hotel which was very convenient as well. We enjoyed our stay here."

"It’s an excellent hotel just minutes walk from Omiya station. The building is clean and has a restaurant and very affordable breakfast buffet. The staff are all very well-trained and polite. They were happy to help me extend my stay on last minute notice and remain in the same room. (Twice). I recommend Marroad Inn. They always brought fresh towels"

"This is a very unique, spa-hotel with amazing things to discover! We had a great time! I will prefix this by saying that if you want a tradition hotel, this might not be for you. Our room was small but comfortable, the bed reminded me more of a ryokan than a western hotel with a small sink and toilet. The shower stations and onsen are where you can bathe, shave and dry your hair. This is a communal onsen. I did wish the towels were newer but overall it didn’t really bother me.
