Very nice hotel. Very clean. Well appointed rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice bar, nice area with good restaurants.

Beautiful room with a spectacular view of the Themes River. Room had every amenity, a beautiful new Hyatt, quiet and lovely. Great Breakfast Buffet! (The construction around them is not their fault, just made it inconvenient driving in for a jet lagged driver from the states!)

We were married at Great Fosters 4 years ago and returned for a few days as we were back in the area and it was as we remembered We stayed in the coach houses as the rooms are nicer than the ones in the main house - i remember we had our wedding night in the main house and much preferred the room I had the night before and got ready in. It was light and spacious The touches in the room were thoughtful especially the small carton of milk in the fridge as I hate the powder or uht milk left...

Watching the boats in the lock on the Thames from the hotel patio and room was very fun. Wished there were some other restaurants within walkable distance.

The couple that runs the Lawn Guest House have thoight of everything...from tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the room to an excellent guide book written with their guests in mind. Restaurants, pubs, and shopping are an easy 3 to 10 minute walk. We had a late arrival and they went out of their way to accommodate us. I highly recommend this brilliant bed & breakfast.

Very attentive staff

My family and I travelled for vacation. I originally booked 2/2 bedrooms, the property reached out to me when one of the properties was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstance. They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. Excellent from start to finish. Slippers in the room, reasonable price bar and breakfast. Clean and has everything in the room like iron, hair dryer, vanity pack and shower cap, soap. Great customer service

Great hotel! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and I had plenty of options for breakfast. It’s also very close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and sites. Would stay again!

Really loved this hotel. Great concept - very comfortable. I've never heard so many positive comments from guests checking out. Incredibly comfortable even despite the heatwave. Only issue was in the lobby. Hot weather seems to have dried out some of the sink drains so was a strong odor of sewer gases each evening. Got better as the evening went on.
