Absolutely beautiful hotel. They have thought of everything- so comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable!

Amazing in every way. The beauty of waking around is unlike any other. When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. First they extended lunch without being asked and fixed the shower within minutes. From there on everything was amazing. The hotel is set in a wonderful location and everyone working here is so kind. Our room overlooked Siena and the view was stunning. Our breakfast each morning was delicious as well. We would stay here again for sure.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Speaking English was not a problem. The breakfast buffet had a lot fresh food, fruit and pastries to choose from

We were the only guests for 2 nights out of 3, at this lovely B&B on the estate of one of the best wineries in Tuscany. We had sumptuous room with a living room, bedroom and bathroom (nice shower!) all to ourselves. The staff were local women, who made a wonderful breakfast every day and told us of the life in Tuscany. The place is very clean and quiet. It is in an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe to walk around. Their staff are very friendly and very service oriented. Breakfast was faboulous. The only thing is, it is a little further away from the city. Need a taxi to go anywhere but the taxi is also readily available and staff will call them for us. Wait time is very short usually less than 10 minutes.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel while visiting Florence. So close to EVERYTHING! Clean, affordable. Just book it!

What a fantastic experience at Milu! To start, the staff was friendly and made us feel at home right away. Our room was clean and quiet, with the most amazing shower! We enjoyed the breakfast on the patio and found it to be a very satisfying way to start the day. The hotel maintained a relaxed feel while still being vibrant - colorful, modern art and design to enjoy while relaxing with a cup of tea from the open library. We would definitely stay again, thanks Milu for a great experience!

Beautiful location and stay however both nights (on opposite ends of the week) with two different rooms..the shower flooded the room.

Short walk to walled city, safe neighborhood but most of all fantastic staff. I have never seen a group of people that are so kind, helpful and willing to do anything for their customers. We had an incident that required an ambulance in the very early hours of the morning. The night desk shift manager took such good care of us, calling ambulance, explaining to us in English what was going to happen. The hotel even sent an English speaking employee to the hospital via bike to check on us and...

If you are planning to visit Florence, this is the hotel you should book! It won't let you down. Your Florence stay will be brilliant and memorable. I booked this hotel after read someone's comment. As I learned, the location is a bit far from the center of city. Even so, it is still worth to stay at this hotel. If you take a taxi, it costs 10 euro from/to hotel approxilately. For money savers, taking a bus #14 just for 2 euro may be suitable. The bus stop for #14 is only 2 blocks walk...

I had a great experience here that far exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist attractions. The morning breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. One standout feature was the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar—such a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced the experience.

Everything was perfect, cleanliness is top notch, staff is super helpful and friendly, Yehia is such a professional and nice guy. The hotel is super cozy and very central location!

The best thing about Hotel Rapallo is EVERYTHING. To start with the location is most convenient, about 10 mins from main train station and about 10 to 15 walk to all the attractions and restaurants. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely lady Regina, she was very polite, friendly and helpful. Our check in was an absolute breeze. Regina also provided us with the map and to our surprise was also able to get us the booking for Academia Museum for the next day...in a nut shell...most amazing...

Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites.

It was truly an exceptional experience everything was at top rate quality. It takes less than 4 mintes go to the center of Florence because tranvia( transportation) is just close to the hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay. We have stayed in other hotels on our many trips to Florence but now, the Pendini will always be our choice in Florence.
