"Everything was quite wonderful - exceeded our expectations. The only glitch was with the taxi we had requested for 3:30 am. I even followed up a couple days beforehand to confirm and rec'd an email confirmation yet come that morning there was no record of the reservation. Fortunately the gentleman on duty was able to get us in a taxi that was coming for another guest (who was amenable to our joining them) so we made our flight. The night manager was extremely helpful and personable."

I would absolutely stay here again. While I didn’t get the opportunity to try out any of the amenities, the hotel overall had warm, welcoming vibes - the lounge/bar area looked like a great spot to sit and enjoy a drink."

"It is perfect for the night before a flight. It's in walking distance to the airport. (Like a really short walk - 5-10 minutes all in with luggage). The hotel itself has amazing sound proofing as well as I was not bothered at all by airport noise - which is pretty good since we could see planes coming in from our room. "Perfect for what I needed but a bit tired. I was unlucky to have the room next to the reception (which meant I heard people coming and going till late and early in the morning), the room also faced the busy road which was a bit noisy. All that said the room was clean and acceptable."

"There’s no air conditioning whatsoever, and Scotland does, despite its reputation, get hot in summer. There was no way to cool down the room, as the windows were stupidly restricted to open only two inches. Neither my wife nor I could sleep and this is not acceptable for a hotel that costs close to $300 a night"

"It was an excellently kept property. We were very comfortable in it."

"The staff is not helpful. Even though the rooms were available, they charged us extra GBP 15 for an early check in. It was very clear that we wait for 2 hours or pay. Then they gave me a accessible room ( which i did not book ). Lastly we asked them to clean the room the following day, and they just made the bed. The floor was not vacuumed, no fresh towels were put."
