"Unfortunately, the kitchen had a bad smell, caused by blocked drains, on the Saturday, during breakfast. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was great. There was no noise and the tv was a good size. I really enjoyed the stay. Many thanks. "

"We stayed here for 1 night on the 27th April. The customer service team Yazza and Jade who greeted us were very friendly . We payed for breakfast which was excellemt and plentiful. The hotel is beautiful and about 15 to 20 minutes tops walking distance from leeds train station .The rooms were quiet very clean and with comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed in room 410, it was a beautiful room, lovely decor & finish, a very good size too. Comfortable bed & bedding, the pillows were far to soft for our liking though. We were slightly dubious about potential noise as the room was next to the lift & across from the kitchen but it was surprisingly quiet. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent canal-side location, all staff courteous and efficient, everywhere looked so clean and tidy and my bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! The only negative was that I couldn't turn the shower on but, had I stayed longer than one night and reported it, I'm sure it would have been rectified."
