"we had booked a townhouse Suite for 5 adults consisting of 3 bedrooms. I had personally called up reservations to confirm availability and thereafter booked through Expedia within 5 minutes of my call. Full amount was paid at time of booking. we were however down graded to two individual rooms citing technical error in booking and amount adjusted . very unprofessional."

"The room was super clean, but the pillows were just puffs of air you, sink into them with no support. We could also have done with a mini fridge. The staff were incredibly helpful and really accommodating. "Initially some issues with the room where we raised it with the front desk and was moved promptly to another one. Spa and Pool in need of renovation, the outdoor is also in need of some love. Bar staff extremely slow outside, to the point it was quicker to go inside and order rather than waiting.
