We loved everything about the hotel. It was beautiful. We stayed on the 4th floor where we were able to view the river, as well as the Swiss Alps in the background, the snowcap Mountains. Best views ever. Definitely a 5☆☆☆☆☆ Highly recommend to stay there

Had a wonderful stay in Spiez. The view from the hotel is absolutely gorgeous! I recommend getting a room with a view of the lake, you will not be disappointed. Our room was comfortable and spacious with nice updated bathrooms. My only complaint about the room was there were no shades of any kind to block out the light in the morning. This is particularly annoying in the summer as the sun starts to rise before around 4:30am! The hotel staff was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed...

The property appears to be brand new, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. It takes about 10-12 minutes on that bus to arrive from the railway station.

Amazing service and beautiful hotel! We loved the views from our 3 large windows with views from every angle. The included breakfast was delicious with many hot item choices as well as a buffet with various breads, fruits, cereals and yogurts. I enjoyed the cappuccino and my husband loved the hot chocolate. I felt like we stepped into a fairytale. Thanks for a delightful experience!

We don’t normally do reviews but this place deserves one. Just a gem of a find. Great location, beautiful and comfortable (alpine but modern), and amazing food! (Both the complimentary breakfast and we had a delicious dinner.) and everyone was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful service, very nice restaurant (dinner and breakfast), slick design, nice spa and pool, friendly staff and amazing views (try to get rooms facing the valley, and not the street!). I don't normally spend so much on hotels, but this really was worth it.
