"very safe and family friendly hotel. staff and service is excellent! the buffet breakfast is huge with hundreds of options definitely worth it. The only reason the hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars is because they sell day passes to non hotel residents so on a weekend we had to wake up at 7 am to secure sunbeds. There are too many guests for sunbeds/ pool space also. I expect this fight for sunbeds at a budget hotel in benidorm but not from the fairmont in dubai."

"This resort was clean & the staff cleaned our room so thoroughly. Every member of staff who took care of us in room , at breakfast or at the Mekong Restaurant were attentive & extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this resort for cleanliness & service . "

"The location is fabulous. It is right on the Marina walk path and the views from the balconies are of the Marina and sea. The service staff was a disappointment this stay, and we have stayed here several times. Housekeeping was not consistent and the breakfast staff were not as friendly as in the past."

A big, big positive about the hotel is the Club Lounge, everyone working there are a credit to the hotel, from the ever smiling Manager and his waiting staff to the chef’s in the kitchen, they all play a part in creating a great space!
