Always stay here staff are excellent. Hotel room has everything we need and sitting out looking onto the lake is stunning Food is reasonably priced and you can have it brought to your room for a service charge. Breakfast is good or if you’re going out for the day they offer sandwiches instead.

Loved the location and lobby design. Our room was small but we knew it would be beforehand. The food was as good as it could be for Britain & the staff was very welcoming and friendly (especially Erica!).

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of shopping, dining options and the tube. The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast option, so add it to your stay. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe, and the staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and I had plenty of options for breakfast. It’s also very close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and sites. Would stay again!

I love the location. It’s very close to two tube stations, with the Waterloo station being my favorite. It’s very close to lower marsh street, which is a walkable street with lots of street vendors. The London eye, Big Ben and Parliament are all a 10 to 15 minute walk which will put you at the Westminster station. The room was larger than most rooms in the area for the price. We only stayed one night but it’s right next to the bridge so it’s pretty much around everything, the restaurant downstairs was very good as well.

I loved the ambiance of the rooms and the colorful lights. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I also loved the temperature control. The staff was very helpful and courteous. There are umbrellas for rent and toiletries for purchase, if you forgot your toothbrush. My trip was wonderful and I would definitely recommend staying.

Fantastic from for a family of four exploring London. The room had everything we needed, including laundry in the apartment. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the tower and tower bridge. The Tower Hill tube station took us everywhere else that we wanted to go. Hop on hop off buses pick up right across the street from the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Great overnight stay. After 12 hours of traveling it was wonderful to be greeted by a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable front desk! Rooms are as described small but clean, freshly remodeled. Excellent value for the piece. Location is the best! Will stay here again.
