"We had a wonderful visit at Lotte. The location is perfect. We loved our room (King overlooking St. Patrick's - gorgeous view). It's a beautiful building! We enjoyed having a nightcap in the bar, and the coffee shop was very convenient. We will definitely be back!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn’t get the lady”s name at the front desk, but she helped us twice with the subway as we had never used it before and we were very grateful for that. The only negative thing and I would say is that there was strawberry ice cream in our fridge when we arrived from the previous guest"
