"The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was very clean and smelled nice. The valet service team was awesome! We had a queen double bed room. The room was appointed well and was spacious. The beds were comfortable, pillows were soft, the bathroom was roomy and I liked that the shower and toilet were separated from the bathroom sink space. We tried to use the hot tub but it was closed for maintenance. The gym was well equipped. The bar on the second floor was nice, and the staff made one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had. "

"The room was large, beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress and pillows and very clean. We live in Houston and stayed at the Westin for a week while having work done in our house. The hotel was great and it was so nice to be connected to the Galleria for shopping and so many restaurants. The elevator system is very good and security is excellent. Self parking in the garage is free. The gym is nice and has 4 Pelotons."

"We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The staff was very busy but very pleasant. They even upgraded us, which was very nice.."

"Very nice and clean place. Although he had a hard time finding the hotel lobby and how to get in (we were following GPS instructions). Hotel is situated amongst several buildings. "
