"There’s a utilitarian approach to the room. You get a bed and a toilet in a rather limited space. It was fine for a place to crash but not a place where I’d spend more than a day or so."

"The shower would regularly cut out whilst using it. Whilst my wife got ready, I used the bathroom across the hallway; although I locked the door, it turns out that this doesn’t actually lock the door, so another guest walked in on me. Being able to shower and not having other guests accidentally intrude upon me in the bathroom are basic expectations of a stay in any hotel. The hotel didn't even respond when I messaged them about this."

"Only a few minutes walk from the tube, good location for Tottenham court road shops. Clean and basic hotel, no AC, breakfast is Continental. "

"Tiny room, outdated, not the cleanest. The noise from other rooms unbearable until 3am one night- maintenance work from 8am that was not prewarned. Good location though and was above average for a hotel for this size. "

"Beautiful hotel they couldn't do enough to help. I asked for an extra topper on my bed it was put on before that night. Room lovely & clean breakfast was lovely, a free breakfast. All staff where very happy to help, and all smiling, which sometimes today you dont get. Will definitely stay again."
