"This stay is very beautiful! It was my first time at an all inclusive and also traveling with my 2 year old! My daughter loved the stay as well and being able to swim! Only thing that i didnt like as much is in the beach area there is no drinks or food unless you ho back up to the hotel area which isnt far but kind of hard when you have a napping child and domt want to leave or wake them! Other than that I recommend the stay the buffet was amazing and the staff all super nice! "

"Rooms were good. We didn’t get our upgrade u til 5 days in which was too bad. Staff are all such hard workers and friendly. Bar and bar staff excellent. Spa was good but over priced "

"Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all a beautiful place for older adults and seniors."

"Friendly staff, very clean rooms with great air condition and ceiling fans. Grounds and pool are wonderful. Beach location is perfecto. Not all the rooms have an ocean view. So be sure to ask when booking or checking in. "
