"Clean rooms friendly staff good food "

"Waiting in line for dinners to have to come back in 1-2 hours. Dead lizard in room. Need more entertainment during the day. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well kept. We stayed for 5 days and there was enough variety of food and drinks that it didn’t get repetitive. The A la Cartes were delicious, the pool menu had a huge variety, and room service also had lots of options. The location is wonderful as it is an easy walk to Bucerias, and it has a great beach. The gym was nice and clean! It had a low variety of weights, but it wasn’t a big issue! The resort would benefit from a daytime coffee shop that was part of the All Inclusive, because you could really only get coffee easily from the breakfast buffet. There is a Starbucks on site for extra purchase. It would also benefit from an ice cream spot for kids during the day. The Creperie was wonderful for this (and had delicious crepes), but was only open at night. There also seemed to be an issue with chair availability by the pool. Even though management said you couldn’t reserve chairs, if you came at 10am they would almost all have belongings on them. I think management was trying to help this, but not successfully. That being said, the pool itself was very nice and had lots of different areas with varying depths. The only other issue we had was that it wasn’t ideal to have to sign a bill every time you order something; even on All Inclusive. Overall, this resort was really great. I would definitely recommend it, and we will definitely stay again!"

"Friendly staff, very clean rooms with great air condition and ceiling fans. Grounds and pool are wonderful. Beach location is perfecto. Not all the rooms have an ocean view. So be sure to ask when booking or checking in. "
