This was my first time to stay in a Z Hotel. I totally loved it! I was in one of the smallest rooms, but I was solo and it worked out just fine. You could make it work with a couple as long as you planned to be out and about most of the day. It was very clean. It was very quiet. The location could not be beat. The location of this place is great! 12 minute walk to the British Museum, 15 minute walk to Chinatown for incredible dim sum, 7 minute walk to the theater district. half a block from the Holborn underground station and a straight 50 minute ride back to Heathrow for like $6. Faster and a lot cheaper than the ride share it took to get there.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Well appointed rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, nice bar, nice area with good restaurants.

The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again

This was a very convenient stay right outside Trafalgar Square. The hotel was very clean and easy to check in and drop bags after a long day of travel.

Great hotel! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and I had plenty of options for breakfast. It’s also very close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and sites. Would stay again!

This place is relatively new and first class. Fantastic location and just the right size to have a nice small bar and food without 5 minute wait times at the elevator. A+

We liked this property. The price was really good. The room was big for London. Loved the free minibar items (nice touch). Air conditioning was great. It was clean. Beautiful lobby. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London! The room was small, but exactly as expected, and everything was clean and well maintained. The location was absolutely amazing and made my trip 10,000 times better. It was the perfect place to stay while exploring London, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel is very convenient family wise, they have a friendly and helpful staff, very efficient. It’s also good value for money. The gym is well equipped for a London hotel and particular mention for the sandwiches at the bar, always available and always good.

Great overnight stay. After 12 hours of traveling it was wonderful to be greeted by a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable front desk! Rooms are as described small but clean, freshly remodeled. Excellent value for the piece. Location is the best! Will stay here again.
