"The place is clean and very well maintained. The staff inside was helpful and friendly. Parking outside is terrible, no directions on where to go. The driveway was full of cars waiting. The outside valet was rude and yelled at my daughter while she was in the vehicle wanting her to move it while she couldn’t. I was waiting in line to check in for 15 minutes. Not sure I’d be back, shouldn’t treat guests this way !!!! Been to a lot of hotels and this was a first really bad...

"Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, at a great location just minutes from Main Street. Definitely will come again."

"Property was very clean and personal was very accommodating. Rooms were very roomy and clean! Will definitely stay there again!😊💯❤️"

"Rooms were clean but need attention. Tv didn’t allow streaming. Beautiful view of the stream from the balcony and saw a bear walking the stream. We had a room right next to the Mystery Mansion (Halloween weekend, not sure it is always this way) but heard loud sounds and chain saw til late. The staff was amazing and changed our room. No bar/restaurant. Free continental breakfast was 6/10 IMO."

"Loved the historic feel of the Inn. Will make this the go to place for us. Room was excellent and staff was very helpful."

"Had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely come back."

"The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area."

"We were able to walk everywhere. Except to Cade’s Cove and Wildside Adventures."

"Beautiful view, delicious breakfast, really nice hotel"

"I have been staying at this motel for several, several years. Apparently there is a new staff that has taken over the last few years. The rooms are dirty. The sheets and towels were dingy, there were bugs in the room. At one time we went into the office to speak to someone and there was a sign that said be right back. 25 minutes later, we walked out and went back to the room and gave up on that nonsense. After all these years of staying there, we will be moving to another motel. I would no...

"Did not have towels on second day after we stopped by office & asked. Did not clean room second day. Wifi was down most of the stay."
