"First room window didn’t have a handle attached so you couldn’t close and lock the window. I raised at reception and fortunately they were able to move me to another room. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. There’s plenty of parking around the back of the hotel and it’s free for hotel guests. "Love staying here when visiting the area. It's a great location and peaceful. The rooms are lovely and great views over the river. A stone's throw from the castle and short walk into town. We love walking along to The Navigation too for a little refreshment! "
