"Do not recommend if traveling alone as hotel is hidden on a very dark street which my taxi could not find so I had to walk around to find it. Also it does not appear to be a proper hotel but a small apt building converted but did not expect much considering it is a budget hotel. Room was clean but hallways were dark and did not seem clean."

"Absolutely amazing and totally recommended. The house is clean, traditional in one way so we can really experience traditional living in Korean’s house but also modern bath room. The kitchen is complete and the host provided food / breakfast which is very helpful. It is so close to palace so we can enjoy all traditional things around here. So happy to stay in this beautiful hanok."

"An amazing stay and Clement and Luda make you very welcome. My apartment had everything I needed, was very comfortable and homely. The view of Seoul from my balcony and the rooftop is stunning. Although the property is on the top of a hill and it can be a bit steep, the walk down is easy and there is a fantastic bus route 03 that you can catch up and it runs from 6am to 23.00. Naksan Balcony also provides recommendations of sights to see in the area and places to eat. I’ve had the best time and...

"The room was just as advertised. The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). Also, convenience store located below the hotel was great for late night snacks and easy uploading of Wow and T-money card."

"I loved the free laundry!! Having a washing machine in the room and a free dryer (it's on the second floor) is such a blessing!! The room was spacious, had a kitchen with microwave and stove, and sink, and TV with Netflix and YouTube for the kids! The staff were kind and accommodating and super helpful! Would gladly book here again! "
"I stayed here for a week and was impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were. The hotel is also in a very convenient location for the both the metro (Line 4) and the direct bus to Seoul Incheon Airport (6011).
I had chosen to stay in one of the Basic rooms and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and well appointed the room was: particularly the bathroom, which was relatively spacious.
The free breakfast was sufficiently nutritious and the menu varied enough to make each morning a little bit different.
The No 4 metro line takes you direct to or connects you with a lot of the worthwhile attractions in downtown Seoul or elsewhere in the city. The nearest stop (Sungshin Women's University) is 5-10 minutes walk away from the hotel.
Conveniently located though the hotel is, it might still be a bit confusing to locate the hotel if arriving at night. If you use Exit 1 at the metro, or alight from the 6011 Airport Bus, you will see a branch of Olive Young (a Korean chain of cosmetics shops) ahead of you. Take the small street that goes up to the right of it. Then take either the second or third turning on the right. The hotel takes up the space between these two small streets."
"At first when we arrived, we did think the picture frame on top of our bed was a bit weird, I don't really know if this is considered a love hotel haha but it didn't really matter to us you dont really pay much attention to it. All the staff at the front desk were so nice and very helpful! They always greeted us as we left the hotel as well as when we got back. They even let us borrow umbrellas when it was raining, so nice! The room was spacious enough for my sister and I, we're both small so the basic room was just right for us. They had someone clean the room everyday which was very nice when you get back after having a long day. The shower was nice as well, very clean. The area where you sleep is also really quiet you don't hear noise from cars or anything. Since this hotel is in between an alley there are people smoking at day and night so I wouldn't recommend for children to stay. This hotel is super convenient when getting on the subway in less than 5 minutes. It does take some time to get to main areas but honestly it wasn't that bad time goes quickly and the subway is very efficient. The limousine bus is also a perk when it comes to this hotel. You get dropped off close to exit 3 of the subway and then going back to incheon airport is exit 2 of the subway so it was super convenient. There was plenty of convenience stores, cafes, pharmacies, food places around the area which was really good. I would totally recommend this place and would love to stay here again! "
