"Absolutely wonderful location and wonderful stay. The area was perfect to be right close to La Latina and the amazing restaurants on the same street. If you’re sensitive to noise, it is a bit noisy on weekends but personally didn’t mind!"

"Great location with excellent quaint restaurants on the same street. Staff helped us get a breakfast before they normally served breakfast since we had to leave early for the airport. Very considerate and very pleasant to interact with."

Front desk was amazing-- they made our stay really special by accommodating our early checkin and taking care of all of our needs.
Rooftop bar was also great!
Only negative feedback is that the room could have been cleaner (as there were some bits of broken glass on the floor near our mini bar)

The location was excellent in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the air cond/heater. It didnt work; however, when we called, they came went into the roof in the room and the heat came on. Everything else was excellent.

From the moment i arrived i knew i was in for a real treat. As a global business executive I am privileged to stay in many great hotels around the world and particularly enjoy small local luxury hotels if possible. Unico is on of the best i have experienced. the staff was amazingly attentive, almost like luxury Tokyo, but left you alone in just the right way. the common space is really well appointed and the rooms sheer decadence.

The building, the service, the decoration, the food, everything was perfect. Very very very nice Hotel. Became quickly my number one Hotel to stay in Madrid.

Having taken 6 week each travel vacations in Spain & Portugal for the last 6 years, This was the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Not fanciest, not the largest room, but the best designed. The room was sized perfectly with a balcony over the street. The bed was comfortable with great pillows. (Finding great pillows in Spain is not as easy as it sounds, no matter what you pay). The walk-in shower had a nicely pebbled non-stick floor and multiple shower heads. Anywhere you thought you might need...

The staff were so warm and accommodating. Every request was followed up immediately, literally within minutes. Just like the other reviews noted, the location was absolutely ideal. So glad we chose this hotel!

Incredibly unique styling and decor of the hotel. Each floor had it's own futuristic design (favorite was the 4th floor!) Concierge was extraordinary in helping us get the right room and make flight changes. Breakfast was outstanding, mixing "western" styles with the local cuisine. There were more amenities to the hotel to even be able to experience in our 1 night stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and it's location; slightly off the beaten path but still very close to the city center and...

This is a fantastic hotel, beautiful, luxurious and welcoming. The staff was fantastic--incredibly helpful and generous. This was our first time in Madrid (so we haven't stayed anywhere else) but this was pretty unbeatable and I cannot imagine going anywhere else when we return to the city. I've traveled pretty extensively in Europe, and stayed at some pretty upscale places in London, Paris, Frankfurt, etc., but none offered the same balance of comfort, ease, privacy and fancy.

The location of the hotel is on a quiet street and walkable to all major attractions. There is a parking garage a block away so parking is convenient.
The size of the standard twin room is good for two people with not so many luggage. Front desk staff was helpful, restaurant serves decent food.
During our stay there are street sidewalk pavement constructions near the hotel but no big deal.
Stayed three nights, had a very nice time in Alcala De Henares. No complaints. I gave it an excellent...

Easy check in and checkout. Loved the art on the walls and modern hotel design. Best bathroom!! Sliding bathroom door with two sinks, toilet, bidet, great smelling shampoo, soap and lotion, and yummy deep soaking bathtub and rainfall shower for the best baths we've ever had. The staff was attentive to our needs and were quick to empty the minibar at our request so that we could fill it with fresh local fruits and veggies. Must try Spanish strawberries - delicious winter fruit, as well as...

Perfect hotel if you like to be in the middle of the action. Walking distance to plaza mayor and mercado de San Miguel (5 min).
The staff is great. Ricardo received us early in the morning and we felt welcome at arrival. The street is full of small restaurants and bars. We had a great Madrid experience. We will come again and many times. Tank you people. Blessings.
