"Upon arriving at the property we opened the door and we were immediately met with an incredibly powerful smell of animal urine, we proceeded to go in and at least take a look and I received a work phone call so I sat on the bed in the primary bedroom and to my dismay it was wet and also smelled of urine. The bed was also covered in animal hair and there were roaches on the floors and several live ones crawling around. It was very obvious they do not take care of their properties. We immediately...
