"La primera vez que me alojé aqui el desayuno se me hizo excelente. Esta vez siento que no estaba ni cerca. Pero los cuartos estan recien remodelados, muy bonitos. El aire acondicionado es un poco complicado, si deberian informar como manejarlo a tus acomodo al llegar. "

"We had a lovely stay at NH Collection Paseo del Prado! We felt pampered after a long journey. The staff were so nice and helpful. They truly went the extra mile. The bar area served tea and dessert as well as drinks, in a pretty drawing room. Breakfast was delicious. We were across the street from the Prado, which made our visit to the museum so easy. The neighborhood is beautiful! "

"Nice hotel very well located near Prado, Reina Sofia and Atocha station. The windows are super thick but there is still some noise coming from the street. The beds are a little too hard. The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean, pleasant and modern. The restaurant in the lobby is excellent. Good experience overall. "

"The hotel was clean, it was quiet despite being in a really central area. Good selection at breakfast and the location was perfect. It was right in the art district close to the art museums and metro links to other parts of the city. The only slight down side was you couldn't use any of the Spa facilities without paying extra, not even the sauna which was a bit disappointing and different to other Radison Blu hotels I've stayed in.
