"Didn’t have a working TV for the first 24hrs. Bed was hard, but nice pillows. The price of the mandatory valet parking is ridiculous. Rooms are very small. But location is perfect."

"This was our 2 time at the hotel. The bell man, Kameran had an excellent attitude. We saw him twice and great attitude. Also one of the housekeeping at the 7 floor and she was very nice. Now the room the A/C was making noise all the time ( vibrations) and the coffe machine did not work. I feel that the beds are small for 2 adults. In the bathroom there are 0 cups for personal hygiene. I may explore other hotel next time that we visit San Antonio."

"My grandchildren had a great time at the pool and the lazy river and participated in all the activities they had a lot of fun. My Daughter was with us had it just been in my Husband and I we probably would’ve had a hard time getting around. But because we were located right across the street. From the activity center it was easy for us to navigate. I will know for next time to ask for the same location. If we would’ve been located anywhere else I’m not sure we would’ve been able to get around to everything. We had a good villa. My only complaint is the food and drinks at the restaurant were not worth the price. Good thing there was a Walmart right down the road just very convenient for us all. We’ll go back and stay again. The villa was very clean and it had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and everything was well maintained."
