"It would have been nice to get a heads up on driving access to the site. They sent us a message that there is no check in after 11pm but no information about road access to the hotel. We had to drive around town to find a way to the entry to the hotel. Also, the reception wasn’t very friendly. Check in and check out. "

"Great location with spectacular views of Lake Como. The trek up the steep hills is interesting but part of the local charm. We hardly stayed in the rooms. The patio faces the lake and it was so serene enjoying a meal overlooking the view. "
