"From check in to check out, the service at HM was impeccable. The Front desk team, particularly Marcus and his phenomenal knowledge of HM's history, was incredibly educational and entertaining. Thanks to Marcus and his knowledge, we learnt so much about the history of HM and it made our experience so much more endearing. Every team member assisted us with our enquiries regardless of their allocated/designated work areas (Theresa!) and the rooms and facilities are sinply breathtaking. Thank you Marcus and the entire HM team for making our stay so much more memorable and one we will never forget. "We had a lovely stay. Beautiful property and location. The studio room is big and has everything you need. The fireplace was the highlight. TV is small, though lots of channels and options to watch movies. Thank you to all of the staff for being so welcoming "
