"We really loved our stay at La Villa Del Ensueños. The staff were top notch. The small boutique hotel felt like an oasis in the city. The beautiful colors, plants, art and layout were great to wake up to and come back to after a day touring Guadalajara, Tequila and Tlaquepaque. "Everything was great ..! But room service food was nasty …. We order the suchii had 2 inches of cream cheese, pizza was a frozen item , the chicken wings were over cook an old, we also order the club sandwich that had chicken n no bacon on a old sougy bread … they charge for ice when it supposed to be free … I have stayed there several times but never order room service n probably not order room service again , they brought the food in a dirty dish cart an handed the food in the door "

"Downtown GDL is full of homeless, dirty and the smell of sewage at all times. The works is the lack of parking. At least you should announce it or let the guest the lack of that option. "
