" IT WAS VERY NICE BUT ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS WORKING. WE WENT TO THE SAME ROOM AND THE SHOWER DRAIN THAT DIDN'T WORK WELL WAS AS WAS 9 MONTHS BEFORE AND THE LEFT SINK FAWCET STILL HAD PROBLEMS CLOSING."

"The pool and pool side restaurant was like an oasis from the hustle and grit of San Jose. The food at the restaurant was incredible and well priced. Highly recommend ordering lunch or dinner by the pool. Our room was simple but clean. Comfy pillows! The area feels safe to walk around during the day. The staff were all wonderful. A lovely boutique hotel! Special thanks to the staff for accommodating our early arrival. "

"The two girls that sit near the pool table, I didn't really enjoy them in a way, couldn't really enjoy the 48 year old, I think it's time for her to retire!"
