We truly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Percy Arms. Hosts and staff were exceptional. Food options were outstanding, and the room was comfortable despite unseasonably warm temperatures. Excellent location to venture out from, or as a stopover for bike tours. Train within walking distance. Our trip was a one off, but would return to Percy Arms if returning to the area again.

This place was perfect for our trip to Shere, Surrey. The staff was super friendly, nice & professional. The pub was perfect, the outdoor space by the water was charming, the rooms & bed super comfortable. It was very lively as they had trivia night & locals joined. Would give it 10 stars if I could!

I liked the proximity in the town and the Mandolay is a full service boutique hotel.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa. The hotel was comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and we had a very relaxing visit.
One thing that really impressed us was how peaceful our room was. There was a wedding reception taking place on the same evening, but we couldn’t hear any noise from it at all—even with our windows open. It made for a fantastic night’s sleep and showed how well the hotel manages events while ensuring guests can still enjoy a quiet,...

Lovely property with helpful staff. Sundays are busy with the Sunday supper - lots of families - but otherwise a quiet, restful stay!

Amazing hotel with some very nice touches. The US socket in the room was very helpful. The breakfast was top rate - better than most US hotels. Such a perfect place for our first couple days of our trip to London.

The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals.
