I was not sure about the area of the hotel at first, but the people were so nice , the area was also nice and we were able to walk to most places we needed to walk to , I loved the fact that I could go across the street for food. The hotel was so cool!! The small and big details made the hotel even better, our room was nice, bathroom was very big!! The room was just enough for two people

I always try to book when I’m going to attend a concert in the “Choli” because of the location. It’s cozy and clean which is super important to me. Very much recommended.

Perhaps the most important thing to me, after staying in a Lima hotel on a noisy street, was staying in a quiet neighborhood. Motels have no control over how noisy a neighborhood may be. But currently Janer House neighbors (it's a residential area) make practically no noise at all. Also, I appreciated having a fridge and micro. I'd stay at Janer House again.

The place is very cute. I felt safe in the area. The rooms were clean. Comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need. The lady in charge is available when you contact her and the ladies that work to clean the building clean are very sweet and keep the place clean. I really enjoyed staying here and will do it again the next time I travel to PR. I highly recommend this place.

We wanted a place where we can just completely relax and enjoy the beach with restaurants nearby without the hassle of getting attacked by vendors or having the need to rent a car. Rosalina Ocean Park is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The pools are pristine blue, the property is immaculately kept and the entire staff is so kind and helpful. And you can shop, grab coffee, eat, and hit the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I highly recommend Rosalina Ocean Park!!

Very modern 2 bedroom with comfortable beds. Great downtown location close to everything. Staff were professional and great to work with.

Property was great for kids! Had transportation to the beach and old San Juan. Was walking distance to T-mobile arena. Then Francisco makes the best drinks at the bar. (The chicken tenders are amazing)
