The Grove Guest House had 5 stars and great reviews. I decided other people couldn't be wrong, so I booked a week there for a business trip. I was looking for the true B&B experience, not the hotel with breakfast offered experience. I was not disappointed. This place is the perfect hidden gem. Our room was amazing. It was just perfect. The extra details in the room were perfect. Everything appeared to be brand new. We also very much enjoyed the pub downstairs! Ben the bartender was very nice, we enjoyed having a pint to two there. If your plans take you to this area, you can’t do better!

Good spot for a short stay in London. Loved the neighborhood and it was surprisingly quiet at night.

I loved staying at the Brownswood! My son lives within a mile and it is a lovely neighborhood and next to a huge park. It was comfortable and the beer garden was welcoming and fun. I will stay here again!

This is really lovely B&B, it's beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and the staff are really friendly. It's in a great location, with beautiful seaviews, away from the noise of the main seafront area. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. I cannot recommend it enough, we hope to go back very soon.

Everything at The Windermere Hotel was excellent. All of the staff members were super friendly from the emails we exchanged prior to my arrival, to every time I was in and out of the hotel to the breakfast dining staff. My room was cozy and quiet and breakfast (which was included) I really enjoyed. The staff is really the key to this wonderful hotel. I felt so welcomed and I cannot say enough nice things about the hotel's team. Thank you for everything!

Our host was wonderful.

We stayed at this hotel because of it's location, and loved it. The rooms are small, which is what one would expect in Hampstead. The staff was so friendly, and the morning coffee (I aways had 2) was "out of this world". Cappuccino or white coffee or whatever, freshly made and delivered with a friendly smile. Loved the muesli and yogurt for breakfast with fresh fruit. There was also toast, hard boiled eggs and ham if you were so inclined. Would definitely stay here next trip.

The 3 person room was very clean and the host was really friendly. Food options if you like Indian and Turkish food. Also, fairly close to a train station.

Excellent breakfast with really attentive service, the hotel was so close to everything but also really quiet. It is not the most modern place but is clean, comfortable, perfect location and lovely owners/staff so is definitely worth the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would tell the owners is to change the A/C unit which doesn’t work properly.

The breakfast is amazing. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. The host which is the owner are very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
