"Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning "

"We had a good stay at this property for the Christmas holiday. Easy check in, with free parking. Communication with the host was good, was able to accommodate our extra needs. We had some difficulty unlocking the bedroom door after locking ourselves in. Had some difficulty with the cooker and oven but communication with the host had everything resolved and got our Christmas dinner cooking perfectly. "Lovely experience, the staff were so kind and helpful...our family of four were staying with two of us visiting Harry Potter Studios that day so my husband and son were dropped early at the hotel two hours before check in. The reception staff were so helpful and let them book in early for a swim. The restaurant had a separate gluten free marked up menu which had a varied choice of dishes so our coeliac son was pleased. The breakfast was also stocked with GF cornflakes so he really felt included which was a welcome change. The pool itself was lovely although the changing rooms could do with a spruce up but overall everything was really a delight and we will definitely visit again. It's the perfect stopover if you're looking for a family friendly hotel close to HP Studios as the drive was 15mins."

Rare and Unique

"It was an unusual place, but clean and unique. The Main gate was broken, old and padlocked. No directions for Ubers or travelers to use the other entrance. Our transport cancelled itself and made things a challenge trying to explain how a driver needed to gain access especially when you are a guest. The Food exceptional."

"Ideal location for travelling in to Wembley. 10 mins from Watford junction by car. Ample parking space, food options on site but also good value for money carvery less than 5 mins away. Check in/out hassle free , staff warm and friendly. Room clean and well looked after. Paid in advance for breakfast which was well worth it. Plenty of options th choose from. All in all a comfortable and pretty seamless experience. Only downside was my team lost at Wembley. "
