The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again

Great overnight stay. After 12 hours of traveling it was wonderful to be greeted by a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable front desk! Rooms are as described small but clean, freshly remodeled. Excellent value for the piece. Location is the best! Will stay here again.

Spacious room, great breakfasts and helpful staff.

A very short walk to an Underground station with 3 lines. One direct to Heathrow.

The location of this place is great! 12 minute walk to the British Museum, 15 minute walk to Chinatown for incredible dim sum, 7 minute walk to the theater district. half a block from the Holborn underground station and a straight 50 minute ride back to Heathrow for like $6. Faster and a lot cheaper than the ride share it took to get there.

Great location for travelling to both airports. Major tube and bus hub and local to attractions around the city.

Facilities were very clean and helpful staff. The thermostat worked very well and the hotel was conveniently located to the Earl's Court Station.

Excellent experience "all around" from reception /check-in, room cleanliness and furnishings, breakfast selections, availability and price. A stay at the Ashburn Hotel is truly money very well spent!

Great location, amazing breakfast, awesome price

I love the location. It’s very close to two tube stations, with the Waterloo station being my favorite. It’s very close to lower marsh street, which is a walkable street with lots of street vendors. The London eye, Big Ben and Parliament are all a 10 to 15 minute walk which will put you at the Westminster station. The room was larger than most rooms in the area for the price. The bed was comfortable, however my son had to sleep on the pullout couch and he said it was very uncomfortable. That...

Our stay was amazing! Stayed 6 nights and the room was clean, spacious enough, and comfortable. The location is great! Right by a beautiful park, minutes from the British Museum, and just about a 20-30 minute walk into Covent Garden, Soho, and Piccadilly. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Piccadilly tube, a 15-minute walk to Kings Cross station, and you can get to any bus stop and other tube lines in less than 20 minutes. Second time staying at the Delmere before flying home to the US. It’s a great option; two blocks from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, tons of great restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself has modern, clean rooms. I’ve stayed on the lower level at the back and it’s super quiet.
