"Positives:
Location - great spot in a nice suburb and close to transport
Access/communication - great with keyless entry and WhatsApp messaging
Feel - Modern accomodation with good sized kitchen, bathroom and bed
Recommendations:
Heat - On two 30c degree days the heat was pretty unbearable. Two small fans and provided but I highly recommend ceiling fans. The ceiling height works and there is power so ceiling fans would be an easy addition.
Bedding - I recommend changing to a winter bed...

"We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It was tidy and clean, and steps away from the Holland Park tube and lovely food shops, and a gorgeous bookstore! It was perfectly situated for a family of 4!"
