Expedia hadnt paid for our room or half board. .The staff at the ibis were very professional never once made us feel awkward.Eventually expedia paid hotel The hotel is very clean a comfy bed especially pillows.There are extra pillows if needed. Food was very tasty theres a bar on site by reception. We enjoyed our stay dispite mess up. Thanks again to the great receptionist ."

"Very easy access to the check-in area at the north terminal. Literally just 2 mins when you exit the hotel (it's all connected). I had an early flight (6.25am) but continental breakfast was made available from 4am which was a nice touch (main/full breakfast from 6am). Staff were fantastic - friendly and very willing to help. Highly recommended if you have an early morning flight at the north terminal at Gatwick and you don't want to rush in the morning! "

"I booked this accommodation for my sister in law and her family to visit. I’ve asked for a travel cot to be included and the hotel didn’t disappoint! The reception was super helpful when checking in and out, the room was perfect with a separate double bedroom on top of a single bed and the travel cot in the main area, making it easy to tend to the little one when in need :)"

"Convenient location for flights out of Gatwick Airport, and very kind staff! The room was clean and modern, with everything we needed after a long travel day. The breakfast was top tier with lots of variety (it opened at 6am so we were able to eat before our morning flight). Highly recommend."
