"We had an amazing 4 nights here. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Great communication before we arrived. Our host Frederico collected us from the ferry port and we fell in love as soon as we saw the amazing view. The villa is beautiful, but the view of the bay is stunning. Our studio apartment had everything we needed and the air con was an added bonus. "We booked it as it was rated very high with positive reviews. In reality it is a mixed bag with some positives and some disappointing things as well. Our room was called a "Superior", however there was nothing Superior. No coffee machine, no kettle, no iron, not even a complimentary water. Instead, it was just small fridge with drinks. I was explained that fridge is reserved for "pay for" drinks and that own drinks will incur extra charge. Breakfast is exact same every single day and very basic, definitely not 4 star level. Dinner is for set price only and all drinks, wine is extra. So, if you want just a glass of wine and local fish it is not possible to order. Instead, you are charged 35/40€ pp for all you can eat type of dinner. Location is nice and clean though with nice views. Staff is friendly and helpful. It just is a pity that few little things and their strange terms weren't to my satisfaction."
