"Great for family get away. At first was thinking the property was a bit dated but then you see the massive complex with great pools, food and service. Warm towels when coming in lots of activities and a great karaoke room. Had a great time!"

"Liz was fantastic. She checked us in at the front desk and greeted us in a very welcoming way. Alex handled our bags and was super nice ! I was comfortbale leaving my bags without a worry. I also had an issue with my bag. And Alex did not stop until it was found. I am very Satisfied with the staff's performance.. I found this resort perfect Because not only does it have a party vibe but you can find many spots where you can just sit back and relax. Max, that works at the Italian restaurant and the Japanese restaurant was the best waiter in the whole resort to me. I witnessed him treat everyone like family and his service was up to par. Lastly, syl Sylvia, the housekeeping lady was fantastic and I had to leave her with a review. Many people are curious about cleanliness of the rooms , because of staff like her, your room Will always feel brand new, fresh, and clean. I will definitely be returning because of these 4 staff members who stood out to me the most, although everyone else was great as well.
