"Friendly atmosphere with good amenities. Rooms are clean and refrigerators are well stocked. Amazing food options and great place for family with kids. They almost got trapped us in Infinity Luxury Travel Club. They offered me some free tour site for free and have me deposit $20 to show up for a breakfast at light house without explaining me how long and what that’s for. I did some research and found it is almost like a scam in the name luxury travel club with hefty fees. "

"We recently had a 3 week stay in the Occidental Costa cancun. Check in and check out was quick and effortless. The terrace room we stayed in was immaculate and probably recently renovated. Shower was large and had a bench for the ladies. Always had hot water at any time. I found the beds extremely comfortable and the climate control for the rooms was perfect.The entire resort is maintained excellently. House keeping was excellent as well. room was always taken care of and water/beer/softdrinks in fridge replaced daily. I can't say enough about the staff, everyone was very friendly and polite and made us feel very welcome. The food was good and had plenty of options from fresh fruits to salads, pastries, chicken, fish, beef, pork, vegetables. They had a build your own pizza which is cooked in a stone oven as well as burgers, hotdogs, fries for the kids or picky eaters.There is a line up to get into the buffet... but only during peak times.. the line goes quick as the waiters and the staff that seat you are right on top of things to clear a table quick for the next guests. There is plenty of loungers around the pool and beach area. You still may want to get up earlier to get the premium sun locations. The beach area is smaller and we knew that coming there. The shows are held outdoors so it may get a bit noisy if you are relaxing in your room but they shutdown at exactly 10 pm, with the bar closing at 11 pm. This is more of a family and relaxing resort. We loved it!"

"Staff was exceptional and rooms were spotless (as was the entire resort). Enclave Room with plunge pool was worth every penny. Made for a super peaceful and relaxing vacation without having to fight for a chair at the pool. Was there Pres Week and never had a problem finding a seat at beach or pool or at the specialty restaurant. Ceviche at Chala was great and something I looked forward to each day. They could use more reservation availability at each to accommodate the amt of people at the property but for the size it never felt crazy or too crowded. "
