"Room is very clean , staff are friendly.. food is good but very salty we wish have more option for less salty food. Overall very good place to go for vacation with family and couple. I highly recommend this place . "

"Nickelodeon es un lugar hermoso, yo fui en el 2025 y quedé enamorada del lugar, de la atención y de la comida, por eso decidimos regresar este año 2026 desafortunadamente no fue lo mismo ya que el parque se atarraga de gente que solo paga por el pase de un día. Cuando llegas al parque no ay lugares para sentarte y si quieres algo en la comida está súper lleno tienes que esperar listas muuuy largas. Lo mismo cuando vas a los toboganes las líneas son larguísimas y los que pagamos por un paquete completo con hotel incluido no tenemos ninguna prioridad 😡. Así que no pensamos regresar."

"The rooms were clean and the grounds were well maintained. Evening shows were ok, done by 9 or 10 each night. No night life at the resort, but a short walk to 5th Ave and clubs and eateries. Felt safe walking well lite. Food-breakfast was your normal at any resort buffet. Evening 3 restaurant options along with buffet. Italian was our favorite and yes you have to arrange reservations before had. Mexican was ok and steak house needs some work on the menu. No real flavor to the meal. Drinks were all over the place some place you would ask for Malibu and got it and other bar said all out to up charge. Same with vodka Tito was up charge sometimes. Sushi was good. Pizza was very good for lunch options if wanting a snack instead of buffet. We did use the spa for a couples massage. It was nice and relaxing. My husband was not overly impressed because his scalp massage he thought she was just petting his hair. Not much of beach at all so don’t go to this resort for ocean views and it was smelly when you got to the beach. They had fishing boats all along the beach and was dangerous to walk in certain areas so we didn’t go in ocean at all. This is a smaller resort but the staff are great and very helpful. They do have a 24/7 sandwich and fruit with cookies and such which is nice for after hours. Very chill resort."

"Beautiful property, and very large with a good assortment of restaurants. Enjoyed our swim up room. Food was good. Staff friendly. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are recently upgraded."
