Apartments in Tulum

"No habia nadie en recepcion, en el numero de contacto respondio una persona muy amablemente me comento que el ya no labora en ese lugar , me compartio un numero ( el que aparce en google maps ) en el cual jamas respondieron los mensajes y colgaban las llamadas . Terminamos Pagando 2 habitaciones privadas en un hotel , donde nos recibieron y nos trataron excelente. Maby next time "

"If I could give zero stars I would. Area has no service, property owner does not send instructions to check in and their number does not work. I had to pay 5x as much for a hotel for the night because there was a big even in town. Terrible experience, ruined my night in tulum completely."

"The room, kitchen, pool and gym were all very nice. The property is down an unpaved road with a lot of construction all around. I felt safe walking there but it is about a 15 minute walk to get to bars and restaurants. "

"I loved staying here. The apartment is bright and comfortable with a decent shower and good wifi. The highlight was definitely the spacious rooftop terrace with the plunge pool, it was the perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Aflora is a lovely, well-maintained complex and the large pool was never crowded during my stay. The hosts were very responsive and always helpful. Highly recommended!"
