"The kitchen is large with plenty of storage. Kettle and coffee maker and large fridge . I would suggest more pots and pans for 4 people accomodating the room "

"The room, kitchen, pool and gym were all very nice. The property is down an unpaved road with a lot of construction all around. I felt safe walking there but it is about a 15 minute walk to get to bars and restaurants. "

"The roads around the property were very bad. The water in the individual jacuzzi attached to my room was not clean at all. I had brought it up to the reception but nothing was done. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very nice. It was a very enjoyable time for me."

Well stocked kitchen great A/C with a personal cooling pool and access to gym and the larger rooftop pools for swimming laps and cool skybridge. Transportation is needed to get to town unless you enjoy a long walk but there is a collectivo bus at the main road or parking if you...

"it was complicated, to get the access code for the lock box. I thought it would be a all settled and via vrbo but i had to sign an extra rental form via email, than whatsapp. So we arrived at the vrbo and was on the phone with 3-4 different people before we were able to get the access code.Other than that it was cool.Construction in front of the place was not great but to be expected as Tulum is developing"
