"Highly recommended as it is in the center of Tulum, everything is close by which makes it very convenient."

"Beautiful place, the room and hallway had a slightly bad smell. One other downside the road isn’t paved but that’s not uncommon in Tulum. Good value tho!! "

"Hotel is still being built as well as area so still has few years until completion. Room was nice but awful sulfur sewage smell coming from bathroom which made it unbearable to be in the room. Much better options in the area at same exact price if not better."

"No habia nadie en recepcion, en el numero de contacto respondio una persona muy amablemente me comento que el ya no labora en ese lugar , me compartio un numero ( el que aparce en google maps ) en el cual jamas respondieron los mensajes y colgaban las llamadas . Terminamos Pagando 2 habitaciones privadas en un hotel , donde nos recibieron y nos trataron excelente. Maby next time "

"We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!"
