"The Balsam Mountain Inn was a most wonderful place to stay!! EVERY single staff member could not have been more helpful!! To sit on the porch and relax and look at the view was an experience all it's own....sooooo relaxing!! Coffee was a local brand and tasted amazing, along with the pastries. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the long, hot shower was refreshing. The Inn was close to restaurants downtown and just a shirt trip! You will not be disappointed! Please support this wonderful historic hotel!! It's NOT just a place to stay BUT an experience!! WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!! We will DEFINITELY be staying there again! Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!!"
