"Unsafe, location, armed security in lobby. As a woman traveling solo, I was awoken in the middle of the night by someone continuing banging on doors, a domestic dispute in the room adjacent to mine. After calling down to reception asking for security to come up, I was denied and told it was a delivery driver, trying to find the right room. The room itself faced the highway with very bright lights all night and continual noise. My pillow had a hair on it, and the shower had mold and rust around the fixtures. The luggage rack was falling off the wall and the socket which the lamp plugged into was coded in dust and hair. Clearly a filthy facility. Would not advise anyone to stay here in this unsafe environment. To say the least I checked out after not being able to sleep, leaving very early that morning. "

"Rooms are very secure, being on the Loop, expect noise outside of hotel. Convenient parking, small sundries shop for snacks. Staff very attentive. "
