"We tried to visit the hot tub 6 different times and it was totally full I would not bank on getting to use it. One of the elevators went down while we were there and they made a mistake and put us in the wrong room so they literally could of had someone show up in our room while we weren’t there because it wasn’t booked right. No offers of goodwill to compensate "

"Family trip, the hotel is an older hotel that has been remodeled. So that being said the elevator was small and it was very tight for our family and stroller to fit it. Our SUV did not fit in the 6’5” garage and the surface parking was full. We ended up parking across the street behind a bank. I did not like having our SUV off property and having to walk to and from with little kids, luggage, stroller, etc. The staff were great and the Crepe restaurant in the lobby made breakfast fantastic! Overall, I feel like you can get more bang for your buck at a different hotel with breakfast included and parking/garage for all vehicles on property. "

"We very much so enjoyed our stay here! Getting into the home was very easy, the property was very clean, and provided everything listed. I felt very safe in the neighborhood where the property is and anything you may need is only about a 20 minute walk or an even shorter drive. I had a few questions when I arrived at the property and within 10 minutes at most the host had responded to me! Would definitely book with them again!"
