"Nice location. Plenty of trendy cocktail bars and dining in CWE. Clean room. Housekeeping refreshed every day, but didn’t replenish coffee, glasses or paper products. Water bottle filling station with ice maker in hallway was great. Walls super thin—heard everything from rooms nearby. "

"Breakfast 10000/10, staff was nice but not overly friendly (no issues with them), rooms very clean. Pool wasn’t open, which we were aware of prior to staying. "

"Clean and modern room in a historical St Louis hotel. It’s been well maintained and remodeled and is in a great area near downtown. Nice touch for the GM to text daily and check on our stay!"

"Kevin at the front desk was kind, courteous and most friendly— super nice and accommodating young fellow. Also, Liz, who works her rear end off at the morning breakfast is amazing— worth a good tip every day. Super disappointed, however, in the breakfast—NO fault of Liz or her crew that works for breakfast. Have been going to this hotel at least once a year for many years now. They always have various college, possibly high school teams in the Hotel. This year, the teams seem to be less courteous and have to wonder how their rooms look when they left. They would come to the breakfast and devour simply everything. As an example this morning, I was there before 8 AM and basically all that was left with scrambled eggs and some sausage links. No fruit, no milk for cereal no oatmeal no bagels or pastries and even all the juices were empty. Several people in my party did not have breakfast included with the room and I paid an extra $20 a day to get nothing to eat. Several people that came after 8 AM were very upset and I feel Hilton will lose customers over having these teams in House. Wondering if these teams are more stable than the average paying customer. Also in the room itself I feel the bathroom desperately needs some updating. Old-fashioned very low toilets and the caulking in my shower around the toilet was not only unsightly, but I wondered how clean. Also, the bed in the room I was in with dreadful. very disappointed in our trip there this time. "

"The room was comfortable and we had the amenities we needed. It offered a generous breakfast every morning. Coffee and water were available at all times. The gym was clean and easily accessible. The pool was closed during our stay due to the season we traveled in. There was ample parking downstairs. The bar on site was really cute and the drinks were great. We were driving distance to a lot of things and it made it a great homebase. We would definitely stay here again."

"We've stayed here a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great place to stay if you are catching a show at the Pageant or Delmar Hall. There's tons of stuff to do around the hotel, and it's all walkable. "

"We loved the breakfast and dinner that was offered! Hotel was clean and affordable. We are going to plan on staying here again whenever we return to STL!"

"Definitely not as nice as the pictures make it look. Moving the car from front to back for check in and check out was inconvenient. Gate was broken so the gated parking that I was looking forward to wasn’t relevant. Bed was very worn down. Lots of noise from the house itself and even more from all the construction all around it (obviously the host cannot help that ) a few little things broken. It just was not what we were expecting. The Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with."
