"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. "Nothing but good words for this wonderful hotel and its lovely staff. We stayed in a suite for 4 nights facing the Twin Towers. View was impressive and beds were superbly comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was lovely too and restaurant was never too crowded. Also love the hospitality at the lounge access where my girls and I spent a few hours everyday doing work. To top it all off, the hotel is right next to KLCC Park with its own running track and majestic views, perfect for someone like me who prefers pounding the outdoor tracks to the indoor treadmill. Need I say more?"
