"The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit. "

"It was like staying in a damp college dorm that was under construction. They did tell me the lobby was under construction but the whole place is. It is so damp all of my clothes felt wet and I had to walk around in flip flops even at night. I asked for a softer pillow because I have a head injury and I was told no sorry that’s all they have available. The room never felt clean and there was no light. You could barely see to do things. I would have moved hotels if we were there for longer."

"We loved staying at this place! Being in the middle of the north and south sides of the island was perfect! The place was amazing! Clean and comfortable beds. Nice resort on the beach! We went out several mornings to watch the sunrise! Super close to the grocery store and Waikua shave ice :)"

"The Kauai Marriott is a beautiful place to stay. The room was very nice and comfortable and although there is no kitchen there is a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The ocean view was fabulous. The staff there is exceptional and friendly. There is shopping and great restaurants nearby. They also provide a free airport shuttle service. I highly recommend this place."
