"We booked a triple apartment including a separate twin room expecting spacious and safe accommodation for our family, including two young children. We arrived in the evening to be told we didn’t have a booking. After 30 minutes, the hotel admitted a systems error meant out booking hadn’t been fulfilled and they had no availability, except for a smaller apartment. "- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "I had the best experience at the Art’otel in Hoxton. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel seamless and special. A huge thank you to Bruna and Shaun, who were incredibly helpful and attentive across both days of our stay — they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Before we even arrived, Daniel was brilliant over the phone. He handled our initial enquiry with such care and attention, answering all our questions. We left feeling recharged and really looked after. This stay exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend! "
