The service rendered by the staff was excellent: warm, attentive, and professional, which made our anniversary celebration feel even more special. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Mount Fuji, which is truly breathtaking and well worth mentioning. Waking up to such a magnificent view made our stay unforgettable. Overall, it was a perfect place for a special occasion and a highly enjoyable stay."

"Overall experience was very good. Our room has very excellent view of Mt Fuji. Shuttle to and from station is very convenient. Taken 1 star off is because there is no USB ports in our room. "

"The staff at the property were extremely helpful and welcoming. Also the food and beverage on offer were just fantastic. The hotel was absolutlet spotlessly clean and the setting overlooking mount fuji just takes your breath away. Well worth the visit and the styling on the hotel around motor sport is most definitely worth seeing. "

"Very nice and convenient for the location and price. They have bike rentals onsite and I recommend getting an electric one because they’re very fast and you can keep up with traffic and get around very easily "

"The location is lovely and the onsen is very clean, but the hotel was extremely noisy. The roof shakes whenever someone walks in the room above. I got only 3 hours sleep here because it was so noisy. The hotel staff also didn’t inform us that you can’t have breakfast unless you register the day prior. "
