"Hotel was very basic and there is not a kitchen area as written in the description/hotel website. On first day the shower head was broken and so was the bathroom door. When asked it was fixed right away. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful although some did struggle with speaking English. Food facilities not available in hotel but bakery and nearby places do. "Bathroom sink and toilet flush was leaking which made the bathroom floor wet most of the time. Paid for 2 adults and 2 kids 10 and 4 years, inturn got 1 double bed and 1 single bed. "

"The place is in a run down shabby part of town. If you do manage to find the place in the back alley street where it claims to be you will find a door bolted shut with a notification that the place has been shut down by the police. Ask the neighbors and they will tell you there was some odd activity going on in the place."

The hotel service exceeded our expectations, they are very attentive to the needs of each client, a kindness over outgoing. Apart from everything close by, the location is very good and quiet.
